Kicking Things Off - Spring Break in Passau
On March 26, 2025 we hosted our second event at our office space in Passau, the INN.KUBATOR with a number of esteemed customers, partners and friends. Since spring is just around the corner, we decided to theme the event "AI Spring Break" - including delicious Italian food and our very own signature cocktail, the synsugar Spritz, that was available for everyone to try at our bar. Soon, the space was filled with lively conversation, laughter and lounge music in the background - good vibes only!
News from the world of AI
Of course, our events don't come without a few interesting insights into the world of AI. After everyone had settled in, grabbed a cool drink and got to know a few fellow guests, Sarah kicked us off with information on how Artificial Intelligence can be used for knowledge management. This was particularly interesting for companies looking to expand an assistant's knowledge with corporate-specific data. Sarah pointed out how managing internal knowledge and data that way can remarkably enhance productivity and save time.
After a short break to refresh with a slice of pizza or a drink from the bar, Sebastian gave some insights into the world of process automation with AI. He showed us what is already possible with custom assistants and how we can use this potential of AI to facilitate everyday processes. As an example of how this can look like, he introduced a brand new feature of our AI Suite that allows a structured extraction of desired data from different types of documents, such as invoices, to gain a quick and easy overview.
But: there's one more thing… Before finishing off our "formal" part, we had some very exciting news to announce publicly for the first time. Stay tuned to find out what we were also celebrating that evening!
Networking and having fun combined with a deep dive into the world of AI
That was basically the motto of our AI Spring Break 2025. While we wanted to give a few interesting insights into the topics that motivate us every day at work, we also wanted to give our guests the opportunity to get to know each other, talk to our team and find out more about our software, the AI Suite - all while having a great time in a comfortable atmosphere. In the breaks, everyone was invited to visit our team at two different demo stations where we showed how our software can already put the topics of knowledge management and process automation into practice.
We're looking back at an inspiring evening with lots of great talks and new connections, delicious food and drink and an appropriate celebration of what our team has already achieved in the first quarter of 2025! Thank you to everyone who celebrated with us.
